The Hack Squat

The Hack Squat is a leg exercise which will help you improve your glutes, hamstrings and quads. The equipment needed for this exercise is an hack squat machine. Being by positing your body onto the machine so that your feet reach the center of the platform. Keep your shoulders and back firm against the point and point your toes in the air. Drop weight and with your head, move up with your legs against the platform. This will stretch the muscles in your legs. Ensure that you never lock your knees as you could injure yourself and always stretch before exercising, especially with this routine.
