United We Stand

As an educator you must not allow a test’s design attributes or time constraints lull you into accepting improper behavior. Be unwilling to allow yourself to be convinced that it doesn’t matter.

Never assume because an inventory lends itself to a group setting that it is truly appropriate for that setting. Always seek after the designers specific instructions on test time limits and under what conditions it may be administered. Starting today, you must develop the capacity to resist the temptation to make assumptions about test administration based on test format. Does this make sense to you?
