I’m new on Buzznet…I want to make a skin/Background thing can anyone help me with how to do this?

I want to make the thing at the top of the page and change the colour of the background!

all this can be done in the settings panel, which is under the control pannel. go to customize page and you can enter everything there. as for the banner. that can be made and uploaded through the same place.
also chech out the FAQ both of your problems are addressed right here.
