    Jeff Jarvis continues with his Dell story: Dell had problems, Customers were unhappy, Dell tried to change, and eventually it may have worked out. Moral: When Customers tell you what they want, you have to deal with it.

    He also talks about a Treo-fanatic, a customer who led a community to replace Sprint’s customer support. Moral: Empower customers.
