How can I get my buzz to go away after I dip?

Im 14. I just dipped some Red Seal Wintergreen Fine Cut and I have a huge buzz. How do I get rid of it?

Eat bread drink water and lay back and close ur eyes and dont dip again im 18 dipped for 5 years and addicted

    grizzlys better, idk how to get rid of it i guess time, and to the guy above me chew sunflower seeds to quit, thats how i did or just think of ur teeth fallen out everytime u put one in. i only dipped for 2 years
