Good way to get your caffeine buzz without drinking coffee?

I would like to use coffee as a safe stimulant.. but don’t enjoy drinking coffee.. what are some good ways to get your caffeine buzz without drinking coffee? Can you add coffee grounds to hot chocolate? I’m looking for ideas here..

I’m looking for a home recipe using starbucks coffee beans rather than buying something from a coffee shop.

Well you could make something I call a mo coco. You just make hot chocolate with coffee instead of water or milk. Or you could buy some flavored coffee creamer. It will make the coffee taste better and you will still get the buzz. But if you dont want to drink coffee I would suggest and alternate caffeine source. Try green tea, or black tea. Chocolate has caffeine, so hot chocolate is always good. Or try a energy drink like Red Bull, or Go Girl.

Good luck and Happy Buzzing

I always drink coke for my caffeine buzz. Oh, I also like to get Chai Frappuchino’s.

Eat lots of chocolate. It not only takes care of your need for caffeine, but it gets your endorphins going which releases seratonin (or something close to that there), which makes you really satisfied and happy. Who needs prozac when chocolate is around? lol

I add coffee crystals to Hot Chocolate mix for a nice pick me up that’s not too strong.

No-Doz… they are caffeine pills that are completely safe. One pill equals a cup of coffee. Remember, caffeine is an addictive stimulant, so the pills can become addictive, but then again, so can coffee :)

Caffeine is also a common ingredient of soft drinks such as cola, originally prepared from kola nuts. Soft drinks typically contain about 10 to 50 milligrams of caffeine per serving. By contrast, energy drinks such as Red Bull contain as much as 80 milligrams of caffeine per serving. The caffeine in these drinks either originates from the ingredients used or is an additive derived from the product of decaffeination or from chemical synthesis. Guarana, a prime ingredient of energy drinks, contains large amounts of caffeine with small amounts of theobromine and theophylline in a naturally occurring slow-release excipient

If you like the flavor of coffee, and just don’t feel like drinking coffee, I’d suggest picking up some chocolate covered coffee beans. Definitely will give you that caffeine fix. It may be possible to make your own at home, although I don’t know if it’d be worth the trouble. It also would give you more caffeine than mixing coffee into other drinks.
