Why does my behringer distortion pedal buzz when I turn it on?

It doesn’t buzz as much or have as much feedback when its off but when it is on the feedback is really loud. Why is this?
it might be your input/output cable… sometimes the connection isnt so great, and itll do that

You know how some people have the friends or enemies " foe" icon when they post a comment ? Well , it says i have a foe account so I dont know why this isnt showing up ?
because if you signed up through buzznet you dont get it, you obly get it when you sign up through foe.

I know a lot of websites you can download ringers, but for some reason only few work for Alltel. Does anyone know a website that they have used as an alltel customer to download a ringtone, particularly the Mosquito Buzz ringtone, without a monthly subscription? I’m willing to pay for it, but not for a monthly subscription.
